    Hello Nishit thank you for your udpates sure let me know if any questions on bulk edit job.
    We’ve got a guestion would that be possible to also create a bulk delete option for the products is it available on this platform ? If not would you please advice if we can make it?

    Aslo i still got unhappy EN sie admin – complain is regarding Matching Numbers widget and links, customer creates a new brands and widget generate wrong link so customers can not use it this feature on the website. https://excellentnumbers.com/brands/X00-0000%20(Million%20Numbers).html please see the widget shows on the site but link generaion is incorrect.

    We remember you have mentioned before: –
    “I reviewed the issue and noticed that the brand not is not matching the expected NPA/NXX format (e.g., 305.305). This appears to be due to the brand name containing a “/” character. Since the system uses the brand name as a URL parameter, “/” is not allowed in the brand name.

    I’m currently looking into resolving the issue by updating the brand name. Additionally, users cannot include “-” in the brand name, as the system automatically removes hyphens when searching the brand name in the database”

    but if you look at the widget EN site admins could use “-” dash caracter before and it worked https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/dash.jpg so why now this does not work? We have to fix somthing for the EN customers so when they generate new brand and this syncs with site widget the link should be validated and usefull as they are not happy with paying for the jobs which do not work.

    Thank you Nishit, we haven’t heard any Master Pin task feed back yet, which can be also a good news. I assume everything works good. Any way when you finish Bulk Edit task will request closing jobs and see if any feed backs from there.

    Hi NIshit EN team may check and test Master Pin for couple of days – while we waiting if we can please continue on “Bulk Edit” task so we can close all the job once done and start next one 😉

    in addtion to #13916 – for 1. Customer Profile page please aslo remove “Your current carrier” option.

    Hello Nishit we have reviewed your work for Master Pin task on both Edit Customer page and Customer Profile Settings page and would like you to do minor changes on them:

    1. Customer Profile page.

    a) Please remove Call In PIN and Master Pin fields reposition to where Call in Pin was. We beilve EN clients will be confused seeing so many Pins settings.

    b) When Master PIn switch is off please make it grey color instead.

    2. For both Customer Profile page and Edit Customer page (admin side) on mouse over pop up text please change to: – “Master PIN used for port-out protection when PINs have not been specified for activated phone numbers.”

    Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, for your #13907 after this job will be doing some othre job on API improvment so you can keep your API changes that will impact Mastre Pin Number for that and we will apply your changes to API while working on API imporvmen job later on.

    #13909 for your “i am currently doing what i got” i though we have alreay send all the details about Master Pin behaviour and job descriptions please let me know if you need any more information on it?

    Hello Nishit i haven’t got any more details (requested in your #13896) from the EN site administration yet, and also can not see any updates from you regarding this task progress if you started drafting its layout.

    If you check its job description and you believe the information in the Primary Pin task is not enough for you to process what you can, then please kindly start the next task Bulk Updates which is also described on the current Job page.

    Please also let me know if any other issues or misunderstanding about any of the tasks provided so we will keep providing you more details or additional information so we not loose the time and keep moving with all the tasks, jobs …

    Oh ok, let me get more details on this from the team, while im finding it please continiew on content Master Pin Inputs design so we can see how it looks and advice if any corrections on this so we wont loose time.

    hello Nishit thanks for your reply, for master pin i just checked the job description and as it says it is going to be used as a default PIN number universal only for customers active numbers. Also you can see locations on the site where this Universal Master Pin is going to be shown.
