in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13798Hi Nishit slow loading problem probably caused by the multiple API calls to the site, it is not you it is us saying,
please let me know what are you going to do then today?in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13795Hello Nishit, thanks for your loong time reply:),
would you please advice if you have fixed anything since last time was online? Have you checked this SQL DB logs https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/dbsw-logs.txt if not can you please check it as it has DB tables that slows down the site loading. Please note some of those DB tables refering to the brands sells.for #13794 yes i have got an approval from the site admin to temporary disconnect API users to check if that will resolves our site slow loaidng problem. You can flush all the cache or other logs that involved with these API customers requests that you mentioned in your #13794. Please disconnect them temporary while it is night time in US. If it helps then we will think what to do.
for API customers request we will need to moderate this work so API customers not requesting all numbers as one API call but split API calls by US states. For example if customers want to fetch Alabama numbers there will be a separate API key for that particular directory so they can only featch one state for one API call.
They can request multiple API calls for diffrent states but it should be controlled by the site admin here https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/API.jpg.
Please Nishit we can not loose time there has been a lot of time lost and ppl not happy with this.
We must to fix these two URGENTLY:

in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13775in addition to #13773 please find this screen shot:- https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Brands-scaled.png
Remember we were talking half week about the site not being ablle to generate new brands when site admin adds new brands. Today people told me that it was always working and it is generating new brands everytime when site admin tried to create som tests.
All these test brands are created on mobile and automaticaly added to the site as per site previous SC structure ( as Jeff explained here) https://webmaklay.dev/forums/topic/matching-numbers/page/5/#post-13716.
So it still works on mobile site but for some reason not workin on desk top….
any way we have areay added this task to this job hopefully we can fix it and no loner going back to this.in reply to: Maseter Port Out PIN #13773Hello Nishit well done mate, i can see the site loading about 15-20sec less but still very slow, i will try to do somtning as well and will check if it help.
Meanwhile here are some more errors ppl sending to us and sugesting to resolve as it may be potential slow browsing cause:
A. This job stats we done with you – but it is not working see here: https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=ViewApiStats
B. Most importantly – see these pages below here they generate thousands of API errors if you open here https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=systemLog you will see thousnads of error logs being generated tens per minute and already staffed up with 257084 pages of errors. By the way the flash data button that you made does not work as well….Have you investigated that?! https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Reseller-API-logs.jpg
C. An other issue ppl finding and say: “Is your developer aware about this here” customers not ordering trough their API library and company loosing money and this actually can be an other majour reason for the site being loaded extreemly slow: https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Telinta-API-Logs.jpg all site is in errors no wonder it almost crushed. All these jobs above we did and paid money.
D. Also since we have got an issues with PeerLess you can temporary disconnect it from the site (do not remove the script) but just temporary disconnect if if EN sends any in or out requests: https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Peerless.jpg
All these and other suggestions have been sent to us not even developers but they are all asking me if we actualy doing anything to resolve this matter.
Please Nishit fix it all asap and i think the site will get back to normal.
As i have said i will also do somthing now that ppl sugested to me as no one can access EN backend since you are on it and investigating this issue.
Kind regards Andrey
in reply to: Matching Numbers #13768Nishit will leave it to you hopefully you will find the problem today, you have got full site back up where you can compare some scripts. Aslo as we all noted back end loading good but front end slow.
The front end usialy loads many images and Java scritps also i remember we wehere doing a job when site numbers image should be feathing the only one default image please also check if it works. Each page has multiple numbers and images hopefully it is not multiple immages but the default image as per job we did before. Well i bed you have got a plan to get that sorted asap.
in reply to: Matching Numbers #13767as per dayly tracking our discussion on 09th of April was here https://webmaklay.dev/forums/topic/matching-numbers/page/2/#post-13644, there were some FTP issues back then but i do not think thta somthing has happened with FTP system ppl checking server 24/7 and can not find anything, try to remember mayby you were using a file manager and uploaded some scrips or Javascripts .
System team is going to do some analysis regaidng this matter as well.
in reply to: Matching Numbers #13766Hi Nishit the matching numbers job removal did not help unfortunately it is still very slow loading,
here is what system team sent to me about the dates when site slow loading issue started please see these screen shots. The IP change was on 27 February.
So we will need to check back what has happened after April 9, 10 what ever loaded on the site can be potentail reason for this problemin reply to: Matching Numbers #13761Hi Nishit please find full site back up in public_html directory, the back up is from January this year.
Please be carefull this back up for you just to inspect and compare some files, which may help you to detect some issues that are now broken. Please do not break anything ppl on the project having funds and numbers an other important information that can not be lost -
