Hello Nishit here is some feedback from the EN admins:

A. Site loading EXTREEMLY SLOW frond end very slow loading since you started working on it please improve it asap. (Especialy frond end pages loading very slow seems to be a conflict somwhere and codes waiting for some respond)

B. NEW sticker job does not fully work – we have added 274-200-0000 number in two categories New Numbers and Million Numbers https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/catg.jpg then we checked on New Numbers the NEW sticker not showing up https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/nonew.jpg, then search for this number and no NEW sticker again https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/srchnonew.jpg. However on million numbers category we found this number with NEW sticker on it.

C. Newly created category (brands still not apearing on the widget once created)
D. Site is loading VERY SLOW from the customers side, admin side faster BUT ironicaly the error that you fixed #13669 (3) autosuggest the autosuggets working BUT ONLY this particular function works VERY SLOW it did not work that slow.

Are you using any trackers in your code? Could you please investigate your codings ppl complaining more and more.

sure thanks Nishit the site was able to create a new category called Blocks and it works but some othre categories creation does not work so there is a bug there as well so it worked before and now does not ;(

Hi Nishit thanks for your video, have you activated number stright from first attempt? Site admin says that it has been activating but not always from first attempt sometime it reqires 2-3 times to click activate button and it works , this was their concern

Hello Nishit there are addition complains come from EN team, they say these functionalies worked couple days ago and now it is broken:

3) Site admin – Orders add new order EN admin can not add orders to their clients as product auto suggest filed stop working see this video https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/add-orders.mp4 please fix it asap

4) Site admin can not activate numbers from site admin – products – activate pending numbers when we click activate we can see loading gif apearing for sometime and then it desapears then site admin clicks activate again and it did not work again aftre some times clicking on activate button it somtime works so please fix it asap.https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewactivepending

No errors showing up while processing numbers activation.

Hello Nishit thank you for your updates, we can see you have done most of the job and it works much better we can not add the number to multiple categories and selection functionailty now works good.

I have also discussed with the customers if any feed back on that and here is what they say:

1) When customers put new number in multiple categories there should be a rule working before that all new numbers should have a NEW sticker displays on every new numbers uploaded to the New Numbers category see this image attached https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/new.jpg.

So now since we allowed site administration to add new numbers in multiple category those numbers that are in new category should display NEW sticker and since this new number apears in other categories Million Numbers or X00-0000 category customers say that NEW sticker should be apearing on all listed categories IF number belongs to the NEW Numbers category. Site admin say that it is a error but we explained to them that in this situation it is NOT a error but just additional functionality that has to be added for this new (multiple selection) scenario,

So Nishit please make this functionaily and we have requested additional funds to add to Matching Numbers task to implement this work.

So if number belongs to multiple categories including NEW NUMBERS category the NEW sticker should be presenting on such numbers. If the number removed from NEW numbers category then NEW sticker not shown on this number.

We will add more budget in to your Matching Numbers job next week.

2) Site admin complains that since we started working on Matching Numbers task the site started working very slow. Pages load become very slow and some pages loading blank page would you please investigate that and remove all conflicting codding or bugs that slow down pages browser load.

and yes please fix the repair work discussed in #13652 (Clause 1)

Hi Nishit creating new task very much involved with budgeting, this task is more than a repair of the existing functionaily with has got broken for some reason. If things got broken we care primary responsibility for maintaning this issues under the current jobs progress. All we do on the project developemnt is our responsibility to provide good quality coding and repair if nessessary unless some othre factors involved such as OC not cometability or any othre tech exceptions.

Hi Nishit, thanks for your reply, it is strange but site administration say that it was working before, more than that they have created new Popular Category called Blocks and this came up on the sitde widget so it works sometime but not always so site admins would like you to fix this.

Hello NIshit how is all going? were you able to resolve the FTP issue?

I havent heard from you regarding #13647 so i asked site administrations to check if any feed backs about the job you doing now and if any progress and here is what they replied to me below so please read carefully so all these poins are met:

1. When admin visits site admin then – products – view brands from there they were able to create a category and this automaticaly appeared on the site right hand side widget ” Top Categores” or “Popular Categories” so please check that it is all works. Aslo site administration know that we can manage EN widget from this page Edit Side Bars. https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=viewTemplates all these side bar blocks can be edited AFTER when they got created by site admin. The site admin blocks being cfreated and it works just make sure that all newly created categories also automaticaly created and appearing on the side right hand side widgets too. Please fix this point 1 urgently.

2. Second point is: we noted that you modified Add Brand page here https://excellentnumbers.com/admin/index.php?ToDo=addBrand which allows site admin creating multiple categories https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Add-brand.jpg this is ok but this is not quite that we wanted you to do. We want you to make the job as per job description and here i will eloborate for you a bit more: When you visitsite admin – then products you will see all products (numbers in there). For example take any new number – when site admin uploading new numbers all new numbers automaticaly added to the New Numbers Group https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/NewNumb.jpg. If number lookls like 300-0000 then site admin should be able to add this number in multiple categories such as New Numbers, Million Numbers, XY0-0000 and ect. Currently EN system does not allow site admin to add one number in multiple categories.

We aslo noted that you already started doing multiple categories selection function in Products – Edit- Brand Name, but this functionality a bit inconvinient as site admin should hold CTRL key and select some brands but this customer does not like: – nither the way how categories being selcted no its design with gray hilighting. Would you please make the selection option looking as a radio buttons so site admin can tick those categories where they want to add each particular number please see this picture. https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/tickboxes.jpg aslo please make the selection box expandable as it is very narrow and it is hard to see for some peaople with poor vison.

3. Issue found, this is about what site admin asked us to be carefull while we doing this work to not break any excisting functionality. So here is what they found – this new number (618) 300-0000 was in New Numbers category and we tried to add this number in to two categories Million Numbers and New Numbers (used CTRL key which is VERY INCONVINIENT) we selected both and cliked save and checked Million Numbers category and unfortunately number was not in there. So we went back to Product – Edit and checked the Brands selection and selection we selected before has not been saved so this tells us that it does not work. The biggets problem is now site admin can not save new number in any brand due to selection function broken.

In conclution:

I understand that you are still in process of this work and did not tell us to test it but just tring to be ahead and reporting to you all these above so you could take these three points to your considiration and do this job as described in details above.
