The FTP acctulay working well and loading very fast if you remove old IP address from there,
Can you try to create a new FTP account from CPannel please let me know if you can access it if not will try to create a new FTP account for you if that will work.
The software i sent to your uses same credentails that you have and opens your FTP account just for 1 sec i can send you a video.
Simply remove old IP from your FTP and use new one.

you have created Matching Numbers poprular categoty wich is right, so we have to logged in to the site administration dashboar and change Matching Numbers name to a slighlty diffrent name (site admin might be changing it again). We saved new category name and it saved in admin dashboard but at frond end the category has not been changed and still showing Matching Numbers name as you have created in the begining.Aslo when we changed Matching Numbers name to a diffren name from the frond end the link still leads to an old Matching numbers page and it is not changed as well.
So this is the first issue for some reason categories names not being changing when admin change them but it worked before. Is it somthing that needs to be adjusted from your end (as you have said ” Don’t worry if things are not going as expected”) or is it a error on the site? Any way this needs to be repaired.
Second issue to test the Porpular Brand area we have created an othre TEST brand and this newly created TEST brand not being shown at the frond end widget so we suspect it is all broken.
Anyway when you continiew on this task please ensure that all above working so the brand names changed everywheer accross the site from back end as well as at the frond end.
I think you still got the job right just needs to be re tunned everything right and when site admin edit any number please make sure that site admin can add their numbers to 2 or more categories as per jo discription the number can belong to tow or three diffren categories.
For example one number can have matching area codes and also be in repeaters category million number and ect. For that please check on this page https://webmaklay.dev/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Matching-Numbers-Selection.jpg so customer can add number to 2 and more popular categories while editing any product.

in reply to: Matching Numbers #13613Oh thats said, you can install any other FTP client as the one you use now still reading old IP. Aslo you can reinstall your FTP client and install it again fresh installation and connect to the server again it should work.
Please note remove all saved FTP client settings from your PC sustem folder so you can install fresh brand new FTP client set up. I have tried this way and can connect to ftp with new IP.

in reply to: Matching Numbers #13608Hi Nishit i have found a solution for you, you have been using corrupted FTP client as it has got settings with old IP address thats what i can see on your screen log. Just to make it simple please login to you office page in your left hand side scroll down the page and find section called “My Softwrae” please dowload new FTP client which has been licenced for our company and use it for your EN/VP works.
Please let me know if that helped.
