After changing from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8, you received some errors. This is because only specific versions of Laravel (6, 7, and 8) support PHP 8, but Voip is currently running on Laravel 5.8.
I searched for information about this error on the internet (https://stackoverflow.com/a/65218632) and also checked the lines that were mentioned in the error. The code appears to be dynamic.
Therefore, my conclusion is that we also need to upgrade the Laravel version and possibly some plugins as well.

I gave this time with the reference of the EN upgrade time, because of that i gave this time wrote minimum 9-10 working days.
I tried to change PHP version on the “portal.voip.us” to check what will it effects on site. The whole site crashed because of version change. So, I restored the current version of PHP back.in reply to: Voip Upgrades 23 #10453Hello Mark,

Our management is concerned about the task “Voip – Latest PHP” budget.
It may take at least 9-10 working days to upgrade the Larvel version and resolve any issues that arise after upgrading the Laravel version and plugins.
As a result, management believed that the budget amount was insufficient in comparison to the effort.Thanks

b) I made changes regarding the Api Order issue. From EN order it displays the Activation Address information for the order, Api does not have external activation info so, The system will show billing info if the Activation info Is not present.
C) I made changes regarding the issue. if any issue then please update me.

Can you please tell me on which browser the client is testing the order, because as i test here it supposes to show the Process Globe and it disabled the confirm order for clicks so user can not click this button multiple time to prevent the multiple order for same product. And for time there is no changes or any suspicious code which take time to load data. This issue may be because of server’s slow response time.
And i also made change regarding the activation information, it displays the data of Activation information part(https://i.postimg.cc/mDj7f17V/image.png).

For Return Process / Top Up :
A) I checked the the refund process. And i made some changes into it. I checked the return process like displayed in to the video (https://excellentnumbers.com/temp_vid/return%20process%20check.mp4).
If i missing something to check here then please point that.
B) For account top-up request there is no return request functionality for it as it does not charge any directly from customer’s account so admin can cancel it.
and for the changes on it i added the globe image while the user click on button and process will start. And I also disabled the check out button on click to prevent to make request multipal times.
