Changes has been made for the notification table. Now it will load data without blink or going blank.

I made fixes for the notification page.
For Admin login:
It takes time to get details/response from API. I make changes for remove loops which can make page slower.
Before that the page was taking 16-18 sec to load, after changes it takes 12-14 seconds.Thanks

Sorry for the late.
For #9670I deleted older records(older then 10 day) from the notification. For pagination i noticed that it displays pagination on Firefox but not on Chrome and Edge. I will fix that

I completed the query and development for remove notification older then 10 day. Testing is pending. I will delete all older records tomorrow.

Asking just for my conformation.1) Can i create a code which delete the notification older then 10 days?
2) My thinking on this :
-> Header Part : On header of admin side i thought to make it like lasy loading. Which load notification on scrolling.
-> Notification Page : On notification Area we have to paginate that area. because on that page code load all the notification at once.Thanks

There is a query on admin header notification, Currently It displays total 342000+ notification records at once so it is taking much time to create and load this notification design. So my question is how much notification do you want to display at once on header notification area?
